Goodbye 2008, hello 2009
In a few hours from now, we’re going to bid farewell to 2008 and usher in 2009. Everyone is having their own celebration, be it with family or friends. I myself would be doing what I did last year, night cycling but this year with a twist, will be cycling off road. It does sound pathetic does it? I do prefer cycling in the city, blowing my whistle at the strike of midnight but none of the other cyclist wanted to cycle.
Honestly, 2008 is a really bad year for me personally, mainly because of my own doing. Not many know what had happened and I would much like to keep it at that. I’m hoping that everything that had happened in 2008 would stay there and have a new fresh start in 2009.
What am I looking forward in 2009? Nothing much actually. I don’t even keep a New Year resolution. I just think its just crap. But I do know that I will try to be a better person in 2009. I guess that can be considered as New Year resolution, a general resolution hahaha! I do look forward for the release of Starcraft II, it was suppose to be release this year. Looking forward to read more books, this year I didn’t read that much, in fact, I didn’t read at all, other that reading blogs. I’m also looking forward to my sister wedding somewhere in middle of 2009. YEAY!!!
So with that, this would be my 2008 closing entry. Take the good and learn from what was bad in 2008 in lets welcome 2009 with arms wide open.
