What Skill I Would Most Like to Learn in 2012
A quick 2011 recap, I did my first vlog, it was really fun for me. Sorry that I didn’t make more of it. But if it would make you happy, I’ve stored a few ideas, working on it, and hopefully I get to make more video this year. Don’t loose hope on that 🙂
2011 is also the year where I switch job, after working for more than 10 years in the Private sector, now I’m in the Government sector, though this year my department will be operating outside of KK. I’m still OK with it.
The better part of 2011 is when I finally get myself an iPad, no need to elaborate more on that, since everyone know I’m an Apple fan boy. Last year also see me making radio contact with other HAM user, was excited when I made radio contact with Bruneian, and more radio contact to come.
What in store for me in 2012. I’m not making a New Year resolution, I’m making expectation list. For starter, I want to at least try to make my own antenna. It’s going to be a cool project. I already have the schematic for J-Pole & Slim Jim in my notes. Coincide with that, I’m also hoping to learn Morse Code this year and take CW test scheduled in September with the rest of my HAM friends. What else? I think try to produce more vlog, of probably a documentary. I have a few ideas in my head, hopefully I could meet up with my video producing enthusiast friend and work something out.
I’ve been wanting to learn Japanese. Sure a lot of people eyeing on Korea but they don’t have anime. So naturally Japanese is the language I need to learn. Come to think of it, I need to learn Arab too. It’s okay, one step at a time hoh?
Something on work related, I would like to know a little bit about marketing, since my organisation is also doing marketing work, for the benefit of everyone in The Land Below The Wind, and for myself, of course.
