Super Pink Moon MRO

Super Pink Moon Notice

I saw this when I woke up on Wednesday on the supposedly last week of MRO, a Super Pink Moon. Oh great, I need to go and capture this. Only it happens when I was asleep. Great. Nevermind I said to myself, I’ll do it tonight.

At about nineish or tenish, I take a look up at the sky and saw lots of clouds but no moon in sight. It was raining in the afternoon so it’s no brainer that tonight would be cloudy. I guess I’ll have to forget about it. Then in the morning, I saw a friend posted hers that she took the early morning.

Ok, nevermind. I’ll try again the next night. The sky was not that clear, but not that cloudy either. Good condition to try again. So I waited until the moment came.

These are some of the best Super Pink Moon that I manage to capture. I’m sticking to these camera settings. It seems to work for me.

But I think this one is the best one, captured by Gary Galing and he posted it on his Facebook.

I didn’t see the colour pink. Maybe it was in the morning that I missed. But I saw the moon.
